I had a pleasant stay at the hotel for 3 nights. The rooms were clean, comfortable, equipped with everything a traveler would need, and had big windows overlooking the main road, offering a bit of a city view. However, being by the street made it a little noisy at times. The Wi-Fi was good, which was a plus point.

The staff at the hotel is very nice and goes above and beyond to assist guests. I had a simple request for a knife to cut my lemon in the room, and they were kind enough to personally deliver it to my next hotel in Bangkok after 15 days.

The hotel's location is superb for exploring the city, close to the shopping district of Siam with easy access to the sky train. It's also near the river and provides a free shuttle to Iconsiam Mall. However, it might not be ideal if you have young children or need easy taxi access due to the busy street location.
